Dr. Secor incorporated July 17, 1987. For 18 years he practiced at Lakewood Orthopaedic Surgical & Medical Group. In 2004, Dr. Secor opened Los Alamitos Orthopaedic Medical and Surgical Group under the corporation Perry R. Secor, MD, Inc. This new facility has been equipped with the latest workstations and medical equipment.
